How do I sign up for an account? |

A: To sign up for an online account you will go to First Time
To Login? "Click Here". Here you will create your own unique username and
password.

When I login all I get is the wish list option and it keeps
telling me to login. What am I doing wrong? |
|
A: To be able to order you first must be an approved wholesale
customer. If you have signed up and created your unique username and password
you will not see the shopping cart feature until you have been approved. If
you are a first time customer we will require a business resale number to
approve you. Once we have received this information, or you are an existing
customer, it takes up to 24 hours for the approval process to be complete.
Once you have been approved you will receive an email letting you know that
you are able to order and the shopping cart feature will then be activated.

Where is the shopping cart feature located? |

A: The shopping cart feature, once you are approved, will be
located below the large image after you click on a thumbnail.

How do I move items from the wish list to the shopping
cart? |
|
A: First you must be approved to order and the shopping cart
feature active. Once the shopping cart feature is active you will login to
your account. Below the continue shopping option is the "View Your Wish List"
option. You will click on the link and enter your username. This will bring up
all of the thumbnails of your wish list items. You can add items to your cart
by simply clicking on the desired thumbnails and the shopping cart will be
located below the large image. |
